There are two chief versions of the new 2024 Dodge Hornet available near Derry. At Bonneville and Son Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, we generally have them on the lot, but if we don't, we'll scour the area to find you one. You can pick either gasoline-only or hybrid power.

The Hybrid Dodge Hornet

First, this new Dodge Hornet produces 288 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque when you engage both motors and use the exclusive PowerShot feature, which adds up to 30 additional horsepower. Even with the 1.3-liter gasoline engine, when you add that electric motor and PowerShot, you zoom to 60 miles per hour in just 5.6 seconds. Real-world tests showed that the hybrid could make 31 miles on electric power only, and the mileage when combining the two engines is 77 miles per gallon.

The Gasoline Version

The GT version of the Hornet is nearly as fast at 60 miles per hour as its plug-in hybrid counterpart, clocking in at 5.7 seconds. On the move, you'll get up to 28 miles per gallon. Obviously, you won't be able to reach that safely on the roads near Nashua, but on a track or a lonely salt flat somewhere, you can put the hammer down. The all-wheel drive means you'll easily grip the road around the Concord.

The Technology

First, Dodge Hornet has standard driver-assistance features like automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection and the combined lane-departure warning and lane-keeping assist. Adaptive cruise control is an available extra. The gauge display is fully digital and 12.3 inches wide. The infotainment screen is 10.3 inches of passenger-occupying fun during long trips into or out of the Bedford area.

Amazon Alexa, Apple CarPlay®, and Android Auto™ are all standard. The stereo system comes with 14 speakers, and there is built-in navigation capability for those times when you get lost in a strange place that's not Manchester, NH.

Although it's entry-level, the 2024 Dodge Hornet packs enough features to satisfy, so come on by the dealership to test drive one today.
